has landed on several “best” lists, such as the “32nd Best Place to Live,” out of 354 metropolitan areas in the U.S and Canada, according to the Places Rated Almanac. Not bad for a city that is just five hours from nearly every major eastern metropolitan area, such as New York City, Boston, Toronto and Philadelphia.
